Why it matters

  • We build long-term relationships — so trust and safety must come first.
  • We work in schools, communities, and homes — so our standards must meet the highest bar.
  • We’re often the first to spot when something isn’t right — so we act quickly and responsibly.

What we do

  • Every Coach-Mentor is fully trained in safeguarding and child protection — and we refresh that training regularly.
  • We follow clear, up-to-date policies that meet national guidelines.
  • We work hand in hand with schools, parents, carers, and local services — so no child ever falls through the cracks.
  • The latest safeguarding trends are communicated to keep our staff aware of the issues facing our young people
  • Make use of industry standard safeguarding software (CPOMS) to ensure that all concerns are tracked and dealt with accordingly
