For schools
Higher attendance, higher grades, enhanced belonging, better emotional regulation and improved wellbeing. That’s the difference Greenhouse makes for young people in the schools where we work.
Our approach emphasises young people’s strengths and potential, helping them realise everything they have to offer through the right support, opportunities and relationships.
“Coach-Mentor Dominic creates a true sense of belonging. Whether it’s Breakfast Club for a child who might go hungry, mentoring for those struggling at home, or a sense of achievement beyond the classroom, Greenhouse provides the ‘something special’ that changes lives for the better.”

Why Greenhouse?
A full-time Coach-Mentor embedded in your school
Our programmes are delivered by qualified Coach-Mentors, working in your school full-time across the year. They become a trusted adult within your community, working consistently with pupils and staff throughout young people’s school journey.
Sport is the hook. Relationships are the driver.
We use sport as the engagement tool, but mentoring and relationships are what create the opportunity for change. Our Coach-Mentors build strong, trusted relationships that support pupils within and beyond their programme sessions.
Proven Positive Youth Development model
Our programmes are evidence-based, insight-informed and continually refined using data and evaluation across all our partner schools. Our coaching is underpinned by over 20 years of delivery experience, and supported by the latest research in positive youth development, pedagogy and child development.
