Our Partners

Without the support of our partners, we simply wouldn't be able to achieve our vision that every child deserves a fair chance to succeed.

In order to have maximum impact, our partnerships are designed to be win for all – the charity, the partner, and our young people. With this in mind, all partnerships are bespoke and range from charity of the year project support to long-term strategic partnerships and everything in between.

Every donation is hugely appreciated by Greenhouse Sports and we reserve special thanks to our partners below who have provided transformational major gifts and support.

Through partnering with Greenhouse Sports, we’ve seen our employees volunteer in a whole range of activities. There are so many different opportunities to engage with the vital work Greenhouse does, ranging from team events, to individual challenges, and mentoring initiatives. AB CarVal Investors’ charitable goals naturally align with Greenhouse Sports’ spirit of teamwork and their aim to empower young people to fulfill their potential.  Our employees have been engaged, inspired and encouraged, and it is incredibly rewarding to see the difference Greenhouse is making in the lives of these talented young people and to be part of that journey.

Players of the People's Postcode Lottery support our life-changing programmes

Players of People’s Postcode Lottery are one of our longest and most meaningful champions, and thanks to their support, thousands of London’s children who are facing poverty have been empowered to achieve their potential. Our 2023 award of £450,000 will help 8,000 young people access sports-based coaching and mentoring that keeps them engaged with school, achieve good results and positive futures. The generous support of players of People’s Postcode Lottery began in 2015, and since then they have committed £3.5m to our vital work. “We are incredibly grateful to players of People’s Postcode Lottery for their continued support over the past 7 years. Covid has made life in London for children from lower socio-economic backgrounds all the more difficult. Players of People’s Postcode Lottery are helping to make sure that we emerge from this crisis together, ensuring that poverty is not a barrier to reaching potential for any child. Thanks to players we are able to be there for our children, before the start of school until well after the school day ends, all year round. - Bethany Kinsella, Greenhouse Sports Director of Fundraising

3i Group

3i is supporting our first Greenhouse Primary and Greenhouse Discover programmes.

3i has committed to funding the first cluster of Greenhouse Primary programmes at Pimlico Academy and Churchill Gardens Primary in Westminster. This directly supports our strategy as we aim to reach vulnerable young people earlier in their lives following extensive research into the impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences. In addition to this, 3i is also supporting our Greenhouse Discover basketball programme at Harris Academy Clapham where 70% of the students are living in areas of high deprivation. This transformational multi-year partnership with 3i comes at a time these young people need their Greenhouse Coach and programme more than ever before in the face of a widening inequality gap, reduced time in education and increased employment challenges for young people living in deprivation. 3i staff will engage in online and in-person volunteering & mentoring, team days at the Greenhouse Centre, taking part in challenge events and will be kept closely updated on the impact of their support through case studies and impact reports.

Singer Capital Markets

Singer Capital Markets have helped make our funding sustainable and ensure we continue to be there for as many young people as possible in the long term

Singer Capital Markets have generously committed to support Greenhouse Sports over the years ahead by fully funding our basketball programming at Bow School, East London. At a time the cost of living crisis is creating a second, hidden crisis for children, our work is more crucial than it has ever been and we thank Singer Capital Markets for their multiyear commitment to ensure every child has a fair chance to succeed. Singer Capital markets staff are also supporting our work through volunteering on our employability programme, supporting at after-school clubs at the Greenhouse Centre and through taking part in fundraising efforts.

Bluewater

Bluewater are long term supporters of Greenhouse Sports, funding our Basketball programme in Camden.

For over 8 years, Bluewater have joined our fight for a future where London’s young people are supported and empowered, whatever their challenges. Through helping to fund our basketball programme at UCL Academy in Camden, Bluewater are supporting the growth of this programme to reach more young people at a time they need their Greenhouse Coach and the opportunities a Greenhouse programme provides more than ever before. Bluewater further support Greenhouse through staff engagement, being regular attendees at our Annual Dodgeball Fundraiser at Lord’s Cricket Ground and providing pro bono support for our marketing team. This partnership has a great impact on the charity, young people and the local community and will continue to do so over the years ahead in supporting the high deprivation and marginalised communities hardest hit by the pandemic and the cost of living crisis.

Tossed

Tossed have been an active partner to Greenhouse, donating 50p from their 'Superfood Salad', as well as completing fundraising challenges with their team.

Tossed share a vision of healthier lives for young people in London, and have been donating 50p from every ‘Superfood Salad’ sold, to their neighbourhood charity, Greenhouse Sports. Beatrice Butsana-Sita, Greenhouse Sports CEO, adds: “We are incredibly grateful to be working with Tossed, a brand that promotes the importance of health and wellbeing, a focal point of everything we do at Greenhouse Sports. All our funding goes directly towards improving some of the most disadvantaged young lives in the country and we’re delighted Tossed is continuing to support us in this way.”
