Before joining Greenhouse, he was Head of Performance Programmes and Pathways at England Rugby, where he led the long-term strategies for both the men’s and women’s game. Don’s passion for sport began early and has taken him from community rugby fields to elite performance pathways – but it’s his deep belief in sport as a tool for transformation that drives him. He sees Greenhouse as a team for life – one that champions every young person’s potential.
