Clayden embodies what it means to be a Greenhouse Coach-Mentor.

He stays late each evening to keep young people in the gym, playing basketball and building confidence, rather than being drawn into gangs or county lines exploitation – a very real danger for too many young people growing up in Croydon.

His impact is clear in Alaynah.

When they first met, she had experienced bullying, often found herself in trouble, and was unsure of herself and her future.

Clayden saw what she could not yet see.

Through his belief and support, Alaynah has grown into a confident and ambitious young woman.
