The Julia Rausing Trust’s transformational support will help power children’s futures

Over the last two decades, The Julia Rausing Trust has partnered with Greenhouse Sports’ to help young people facing poverty build brighter futures through the power of sport and mentoring.

Now, in a major milestone, as part of Greenhouse Sports’ largest-ever fundraising appeal For Every Future, the Trust has made a transformational £1 million pledge, forming half of the £2 million match-funding pot that will double every donation made in support of vital youth services this November.

This extraordinary commitment forms part of a £1.3m gift towards Greenhouse Sports work across school communities and at our community Centre in Westminster over the next three years. It reflects a shared belief that every child deserves a fair chance at life, and that long-term investment in young people creates lasting change.

From the Trust’s first investment in Greenhouse Sports in 2004, through many more milestones – supporting the transformation of the Greenhouse Centre in Westminster into a vibrant community hub, and expansion into communities beyond London and dedicated primary school work – the Trust’s support has demonstrated an extraordinary commitment to the future of the next generation, and a deep understanding of the complex and long-investment needed to bring about lasting change.

The For Every Future campaign takes place from 10am on Sunday 2 November to 10pm on Monday 3 November, during which time every pound donated will be doubled, thanks to our generous matched funders.
