Mike co-founded Greenhouse Sports in 2002 after he sold his financial consultancy business. He was Greenhouse Sports’ CEO for fifteen years, stepping down in 2017. He continues to be active as a trustee and is closely involved with the development of the Greenhouse Sports Centre. He chaired the Centre for Social Justice’s report on how best to harness the power of sport to transform young lives and carried the Olympic Torch in 2012. A keen sportsman, Mike is still picking up tips from Greenhouse Sports’ players! He was awarded an OBE in 2017 in recognition of his work at the charity.
