From our frontline Coach-Mentors to the support staff working behind the scenes, Greenhouse is powered by purpose-driven individuals who bring energy, expertise, and relentless commitment to the work. With over 120 of us, this team is the engine of our impact.
We’re also guided by a dedicated Board of Trustees who help shape our strategy and keep us focused on what matters most. Alongside them, Greenhouse Connect – our young professionals board. And of course our Youth Advisory Board play a vital role in shaping our direction – their insights, ideas, and lived experience ensure youth voice is embedded in every decision we make.
