Why we exist

One in five young people growing up in poverty believe their life will amount to nothing. Not because they lack talent or drive – but because poverty places relentless barriers in the way of their education, wellbeing, and dreams.

We exist to change that.

We embed trusted, full-time mentors in schools and communities, helping young people believe in themselves, stay in education, and build the future they deserve.

What we do

We use sport and mentoring to unlock potential.

Our full-time Coach-Mentors work daily in schools in high-deprivation areas – improving attendance, behaviour, wellbeing, and life skills through structured, evidence-based programmes. And we stay for years – providing consistency young people need to thrive.

Beyond school, our Greenhouse Centre provides year-round sport, mentoring, and outreach for young people and the local community who need it most.
