Our Corporate Partners
Greenhouse Sports and Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BofAML) are in year two of our partnership, supported through the Bank of America Charitable Foundation. The Bank supports us in two vital ways: firstly funding four apprentice coaches for a year of their three year apprenticeship training programme, allowing us to employ graduate participants as our next generation of full time Greenhouse Sports Head Coaches; secondly, they provide support for us to deliver a team building internal dodgeball event for BofAML employees to work closely with our young people. In addition to this, each individual apprentice coach is allocated an employee mentor, enabling the mentees to gain valuable professional and personal learnings from their mentors over the course of the year. BofAML employees will also be offering their time and skills in an upcoming employability skills workshop with young people from Bow School.
“Too many young people are living on the margins without a secure path, unable to create a better life for themselves, their communities and the wider economy. We recognise these issues and support initiatives that help young people transition from education into sustained employment, leading to greater economic and personal success. Our partnership with Greenhouse helps hundreds of young people realise their full potential through sport, leading to greater economic mobility.”
