Salary: £15 per hour plus holiday pay
Contract: Zero hours
Hours: 4 hour sessions every Saturday afternoon during term-time only

We aim to develop social, thinking, emotional and physical skills for young people in London’s most disadvantaged communities through high quality, intensive sports programs delivered by inspirational coaches, enabling them to fulfil their full potential.
The Greenhouse Inclusive Swim Club is an award winning ASA Accredited inclusive Saturday provision for young people with special educational needs aged 8-18 years old. We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive individual with an ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations. This role would suit a candidate who has some previous experience of lifeguarding. You will be committed to Greenhouse’s aims of providing high quality inclusive sports opportunities to young people from inner city communities.
The Lifeguard positions will be based at our weekly Saturday swimming club in Hammersmith. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all members by preventing and responding to emergencies during weekly club sessions and at gala events.
The ideal candidate will have a current valid NPLQ Certificate and good knowledge of CPR and emergency procedures. The ability to stay calm and effectively manage emergency situations is essential. You will display a strong commitment to working within a team as well as the willingness to be flexible with working hours.
