Location: Hammersmith, London
Pay: £15 per hour plus holiday pay
Contract: Zero hours
Hours: 4 hour sessions every Saturday afternoon during term-time only

We aim to develop social, thinking, emotional and physical skills for young people in London’s most disadvantaged communities through high quality, intensive sports programs delivered by inspirational coaches, enabling them to fulfil their full potential.
The Greenhouse Sports Inclusive Swim Club is an award winning ASA Accredited inclusive Saturday provision for young people with special educational needs aged 8-18 years old. We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive individual with an ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations. Candidates will be committed to Greenhouse Sports’ aims of providing high quality inclusive sports opportunities to young people from inner city communities.
The Front of House Coordinator role will be based at our weekly Saturday swimming club in Hammersmith. This role will be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors and participants and ensuring the safety of the sessions by carrying out dynamic risk assessments.
Candidates will demonstrate strong organisational skills and an ability to stay calm and effectively manage emergency situations. They will display a strong commitment to working within a team as well as excellent administrative and IT skills. Some knowledge of databases will also be useful.
Candidates will also ideally have a current valid NPLQ Certificate and good knowledge of CPR and emergency procedures, although this is not essential.
